Account was suspended for no reason of my own I lost my sign up bonus cause they suspended my account and keep telling me this or that .play somewhere else I recommend

As i {{Redacted}} skinner j.r {{Redacted}} last four of social {{Redacted}} I have multiple complaints and very bad customer service i have experienced. First on 12/14/2025 i reached out to player support to have my email address changed and it litterly took me 8 hours to have this done as the first couple people i spoke with on fanduel support that kept stating they could not up date my email because because i could not remember everything that i set the account up with then before i was finished they would just disconnect the chat before i finished saying what i was saying multiple times.

Then finally after about eight hours i finally spoke with a gentleman that connected me to a department that could help me and they had me upload my id and a selfie with paper with that days date and finally eight hours later my email was updated and the gentleman i spoke with day said it would be updated and would be my verified account. Then after my email was updated i still could not getting my account because of it having two-way verification and not having the device no more to get the authentication code so I contacted support again and after another seven to eight people oh they can't take the authentication code off it's a mandatory thing in the state of West Virginia and this and that finally in about 10 people later I got that removed. So then I could access my account for the first time being able to play on FanDuel as many friends have left good reviews on y'all so far I have not seen that or experienced it. So on the 15th I was finally able to access my FanDuel account Casino so therefore I deposited as the promotion you get 500 free spins and they know lost back on the money that you play in the first 24 hours so for the next couple days after this I get my Casino spins every day like I'm supposed to accept yesterday which was the 18th and today the 19th because my account is all of a sudden closed as yesterday as I reached back out to support and set on the phone literally all day till last night and I had screenshots a few of the messages why was treated like I was trash and and not like I was a valued customer so now my free spins I'm not getting my bonuses was stole from me as my account was deactivated or suspended as soon as I called or message complaining about not getting my casino bonus for no reason of my own as the gentleman stated as I have an email that he could have loaded the bonus if I would have messaged from the verified email I messaged from my account so how is it not the verified emailthe email {{Redacted}} is my email and the only one that should be login to my fanduel account in my name.

As i should have received my bonus 2 nights ago.So i reached out to support again again about my bonus set on the chat allday yesterday which was the 18th treated like trash agin as i received horrible customer service multiple times as they were transferring me to an agent that can help me with the situation nobody never came I'd be sitting on weight for 40 minutes to find out that nobody came or is coming then i guess because i had been complaining they suspended my account so I didn't get my 24 hour no loss bonus money as i should have 2 days ago now im loosing my 500 free spins to and my account was suspended now i know yall are not going to say thats why my account was suspended but i know thats the reason and as i connected to support all day yestery and got totally unacceptable customer service they said there is nothing they can do that it had a,lready been turned over to them so i asked to speak with that department as the gentleman told me he cant tell me the department it was turned over to and there department does not have the option to speak with them directly and that they would email me about my account 3 days later no response but as i not surprised to a company that only knows bad customer servie.And i tell them i dont want to hear that there is not away for me to speak with someone tht can fix the situation because that is a lie they has to be someone that Can address the issue immediately. I want the suspension takeing off my account immediately i want my 24 hour no loss back bonus that i receive back for my first deposit i want my friend spins that i missed from yesterday and today and i want something extra for all the inconvenience as i should get maybe a $50 dollar bonus money or a 1000 extra free spins for all the inconvenience i have been thru and horrible customer service

User's recommendation: Don't use fanduel it's a joke.

Preferred solution: My account un suspended and my bonus money and free spins and something extra for the inconvenience .
