I don't like it, because it's ok to take my money, but when I win, I have to go through all this problems

I would love to places bets, but can't because my account is suspended, I sent FanDuel all the requests and required documents that was of me to send, but no one from the account team reach out to me about the situation, and I can understand that FanDuel has to make sure that someone isn't doing fraud, however as FanDuel can see that I sent all requested and required documents that FanDuel ask of me to send, but still haven't received a response.

I was suspended out of no were. I tried getting in contact with someone.

The only thing they had was a chat. Then the bot comes on, prompts like 5 messages and ends chat tried during the morning maybe they were closed. Tried afternoon and evening same thing. So then I finally get to speak to someone to have them say "Sorry we cant help, my team will be in contact with you.".

Has been 2 days. The most amazing part of the story is that I won money! I cashed out! Then I put more money in, and was flagged.

Make that make sense. Still no help to resolve issue they sent me a link to send documents over but I can't send because size of pictures are to big. Make them smaller and nothing. How can I send pictures small enough to them if my phone takes what it takes.

Then they ask me to keep sending documents after I've sent Them. After, a frustrating amount of time waisted spent on this, they send me an email that I need to send documents to un suspended my account. Bro, send me my money so I can delete that *** of my phone. Then they also blocked me on "X".

Can't leave any comments or post find it funny I never use Twitter and magically I'm suspended on there.

After I was going to leave my post for help. Just mortified with whole situation

It was somewhat difficult at first but its understood. You guys are doing your due diligence and its understandable.

The only issue I would say is it wouldve been nice to communicate verbally on the phone instead of through email but I guess thats protocol from what I understand. It was hard for me because Im not computer literate not good with emails and so forth.

Fandom have poor communication skills they took my money off my account and then suspended my account I've been with fandom for probably 2 to 3 years and I never had this happen to me and I just made a deposit of $650 and they took my money kick me off saying that my account is under investigation
